OrganicAthlete Victoria's Track & Trail Sprint Duathlon, which will be held at the Juan de Fuca velodrome on May 17th. It's a unique event, sure to challenge racers in ways they're not accustomed to, featuring:
* one lap bike sprint (333m)
* one lap foot sprint (333m)
* 3km or 4km bike TT
* 5km chip trail run
